Due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons, we can't accept refunds for returns. Instead, please contact us and we'll sort you out as we still want happy customers, so either credits or replacements items will be sent out.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, and you wish to cancel the order and get a refund, that's still OK, but once that parcel leaves arrives in your home, we can't offer refunds.
Sounds worrying, but don't, we always make sure our customers are happy if there is an issue, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue with the order.
