Below are some common questions about our ethics and how we do things
First of all, we don't use animal based products, or do any animal testing on site, that's one way we know, but we also get Vegan and Cruelty Free Statements from all our suppliers down the chain, so we have traceability on them all?
Big no no, we love animals, we'd never test on them, and we make sure none of our suppliers do either.
Well, the first thing is we make everything, so we can be. But the second reason is we just think it's fair. As a business we still have to make money to run and release new products, but as people, we don't think it's fair to charge more for a product than is necessary. We think luxury personal care and beauty products shouldn't be expensive. Everyone should have a fair chance at them. That's why we price our products as fairly as possible.
No, absolutely not, we use some of the finest ingredients we can. For example, all our solid butters like Cocoa, Shea, Mango, Coconut etc, are in most cases unrefined and organic, meaning they're straight from the plant, no chemical cleaning process, keeping their full vitamins, minerals and benefits.
Our ingredients are high quality, the finished products are high quality, don't be fooled by price. When buying from bigger brands, in most cases you're paying for a brand name or fancy packaging.
With us, you're just keeping our team in employment, paying the bills and enjoying coming to work. We're pretty down to earth people from Lancashire.

Yes, we have a wonderful team that handmake all of the products you love in our factory in Lancashire. We make thousands of products every single day, all so you get sent fresh, recently made products. The only thing we don't make is the Air Fresheners, which are done off site.
Our products are all handmade right here in the UK, Lancashire to be specific, by our amazing team.

In most cases yes, they are suitable for children of 3+ years, just things like Perfumes, Aftershaves, Body Mists etc that are targeted for adults.
Whislt we hold standard safety report required by law, we don't do any specific long term sensitive skin testing, although in 5 years we've never had any serious complaints about the products.
A handful are, but most are above 90% natural, and where we can't use natural ingredients, we use commonly adopted safe synthetic ingredients, so they are 100% safe.

Ha! It's a mystery! So we'd advise not choosing to buy it unless you're open to the delectable selection of fragrances and products we have.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
In most cases, your order will be proocessed and shipped within 24 hours, however, it can take between 2 and 5 days to receive your order if we have to make something fresh for you that's out of stock.
We offer a 14 day returns policy, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, let our team know you intend to return the item(s) and ship them in their original condition to Returns, Scentish, Union Mill, Bacup Road, Rawtenstall, BB4 7JN.
Returns postage is covered by the customer, and it is recommended to use a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee we will recieve your return.
After we have received your return, we'll inspect and once approved it will take up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed and paid back to the original payment method.
Due to the nature of some products, such as bath bombs, we occasionally do get damages during transit, however it is rare.
In this instance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort a resolution on a case by case basis. Don't worry, we'll never leave you out of pocket.
Due to the nature of the product, no unfortunately not, we don't accept exchanges once the order has been delivered. If you do change your mind before we ship it, then do get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to swap out your items before it's shipped, but this is not always possible.
